Terms and Conditions

All timber is British FSC certified or sourced from sustainably managed woodland, processed in our timber yard and seasoned in our barns. Kiln dried logs are cured in a biomass fuelled kiln.

All products are supplied on a pallet, securely attached with pallet tape and wrap.
Each product is one pallet space (other than full loads of standard bulk bags). For example, 2 x 1.2m3 large bulk bags of seasoned hardwood logs are stacked on one pallet.
Haulage is charged at cost, typically £44* per pallet, or, £450 – £600* for a full articulated lorry.
*typical cost is for UK mainland, excluding the highlands.
Orders of 10 pallets or more receive a 10% discount for haulage, so this would typically be £39.60 per pallet.
No order is processed until a delivery cost has been agreed.

Minimum order is £500
Typical lead time is two weeks.
We will contact you to confirm your order details and arrange a delivery date.
